About Anthony Antonellis & Joshua Edwards

Hello! Our names are Anthony and Malissa Antonellis and Josh Edwards, and we have always had a passion for helping and instructing others. Josh and I call each other brothers because our families’ history goes back deep, and blood could not make us any closer. We want everyone we meet to feel like family and know that they can come to us to get their life back on track. We want to be there to see our clients take their health back and see the benefits of success.

We have always been active since we were little kids. Josh was a standout basketball player, and I excelled at soccer and football. Naturally, we were destined to teach others the dedication and sacrifice it takes to live an active life. I have two children, and Josh has three. It is hard keeping up with them, and without staying physically fit it would be impossible.

In the military, I learned how important staying healthy meant to the success of the mission. Being a Navy Corpsman, people relied on me to be able to rescue them in the heat of battle, so I made it my duty to be in the best shape possible. Not only was I responsible for providing treatment in combat, I was relied upon to set the standard of fitness so military members could follow suit in choosing to stay active and always ready to defend our nation. That was a highly motivating factor for me to keep the fire burning internally.

Malissa was also a Navy Corpsman, and has always had a passion for helping others. While in the Navy, Malissa was deployed to Africa in support of humanitarian missions. There, she saw the worst of bad conditions, but through all of the horrible things she saw the good in people. Malissa wanted to continue her passion for caring for others, so she entered the Cal Baptist University nursing program where she is currently a student. She knows the importance of diet and exercise, and hopes we will have the chance to inspire others to make fitness a part of their lives.

Josh pursued college and work following high school. He was still involved in traveling teams which kept him physically fit, but also made him tired a lot. He is one of the hardest working people that I know, always providing for his family and making sure his children are active in sports. He had the opportunity to coach his older kid’s basketball team. With all his hard work came injuries, because he didn’t know how to stop. He endured a few knee surgeries, and after months of immobilization, he put in hours of physical therapy to get him back into shape and back to work.

We know life is hectic and waits for no one, and this is why we are dedicated to reaching out to those who are overwhelmed and have lost their way to guide them in the right direction and not allow the stress of life to drag them down.
