Imagine, this summer you’re going to be the most confident, most care-free person on the beach or at the pool because you don’t have “a few pounds to lose”—you’ve lost them already! Here, I’m even giving you a special discount to help you out:
Imagine for a moment what would happen if you went over to your dresser right now and changed into your favorite swimsuit. Imagine standing in front of your mirror and asking yourself, “Would I feel comfortable going to the beach like this?”
At this point in the year, most people would say, “HAHA, NOPE!”
We’ve all been guilty of it at some point—too much feasting during the holidays, a few extra drinks here and there, taking time away from working out to “get back to normal” after the holiday chaos…
And suddenly there’s an extra 10-15 pounds that aren’t supposed to be there!
This is when most people use the “sweater weather” to their advantage. They hide under baggy clothes and multiple layers. No judging, we’ve all been there.
BUT, fast forward to summer 2018, and suddenly those sweaters are gone!
And MOST people have to suffer the pain and embarrassment of pulling on their old swimsuit (which is now so tight it pinches their skin) and awkwardly walking up to the pool with their arms folded and their heads down.
Next thing you know, they’re wasting a month or even two months—two thirds of the summer—crash dieting and working out like a maniac...all the while feeling uncomfortable in their own skin when they go to the beach or go out to sun tan.
