Primary Movement: 45 Degree Row

Secondary Movement: Jump Lunges

Rope Station

Primary Movement: 3 Slams + 1 Burpee Push Up

Secondary Movement: Reverse Plank Alt. Toe Touchers

Plyo Station

Primary Movement: Triceps Dips

Secondary Movement: Side Plank Oblique Crunches
