What can you do in 30 minutes? You might not think you can do a whole lot…
Think again. 30 minutes is plenty of time!
You could cook dinner for your kids, take your dogs out for a walk, enjoy an episode of your favorite sitcom, or read through that book you’ve been putting off.. You could even stop by your local Fit Body Boot Camp for a great workout!
We pride ourselves on our 30-minute workouts. We’re showing the fitness industry what’s possible when you make the most of 30 minutes. Our clients see the results they want WITHOUT having to spend hours and hours pumping iron in the gym.
It almost seems too good to be true, but we’ve made it work! Our Unstoppable Fitness Formula gets you the best results in the least amount of time.
You owe it to yourself, your health, and your future to give it a try.
Still need some convincing? Here are a few reasons why 30 minutes is all you need to get lean, toned, and shredded!
The Afterburn Effect
If you’ve read any of our blogs, you know we love to talk about the Afterburn effect. That’s because it’s the secret behind our quick, transformative workouts.
See, when you push your body at the right pace for a short period of time (in this case, 30 minutes), it starts to do something cool…
It goes into overdrive!
Your body’s metabolism kicks into high gear thanks to your short spurt of exercise. This metabolism boost is strong, too, because it allows you to burn calories AFTER you workout, too!
So while you’re driving home from your workout, your body is busy extinguishing those calories from your waistline. All you have to do is sit there and let the Afterburn effect go to work!
People don’t get the same effect when they work out for a prolonged period of time. What they DO get is muscle fatigue, exhaustion, and burnout—all without guarantee that they’re actually working out their body properly.
Please don’t be one of those people that come to loathe the gym. Be excited! Changing your life shouldn’t be that hard—at least that’s what we believe!
We Cut Out the Nonsense
There are plenty of gyms and boot camps out there that flaunt 60-minute workouts.
Then, you go to work out, only to realize that nearly a third of the time is spent in chitter chatter and standing around…
That’s an hour of your day you’ll never get back. We know that it shouldn’t take THAT long to get in a great workout.
So we decided to make sure that every second of boot camp counts. No more time wasting. No more inefficient workouts.
Our workouts use battle ropes, resistance bands, plyo boxes, and more to ensure that every workout you do gets you closer to your fitness goals and maximizes your time.
You can break a sweat in as little as 5 minutes. You can finish a decent workout in 15 minutes. 30 minutes is more than enough time to get your blood flowing and your muscles working.
Your Workouts Fit into Your Schedule
“I don’t have time to work out!”
That’s one of the biggest excuses people have for not exercising. Let me say this: they do have a point (to an extent).
There are only 24 hours in the day, and you probably spend most of them working, driving, eating, spending time with family, and sleeping. It is tough to find time to hit the gym…
But it’s not impossible. Especially with our 30-minute workouts!
You can fit in a workout before work, after work, or even on your lunch break! You can go right after you take the kids to school, before dinner, or even in the middle of the day. It’s up to you!
You’ll Pace Yourself
Doesn’t it suck when someone has the drive to workout for two days in a row, but their body just doesn’t want to cooperate with them?
They think it’s because they’re “getting old”. They start to doubt whether they have it in them to get in shape…
Then it hits them: their workout the day before was super long! They felt on fire after that workout, but that one day tired them out enough to skip workouts for the next few days.
Before they know it, days become weeks, weeks become months…
Consistency is so important when it comes to being healthy. Here at Fit Body, we always encourage you to live a healthy lifestyle. In other words, the best thing you could do for yourself is to develop a healthy routine that’s easy enough to follow daily.
When you commit a reasonable and consistent amount of time to working out weekly, you avoid burnout! Your mentality shifts from “How will I make the next workout?” to “I CAN do this!”
Keep your mentality sharp, and you’ll find the will (and the energy) to work out whenever you want to!
You Can Still Work Out Your Whole Body
Can you REALLY work out your whole body in half an hour?
To some traditional trainers, 30 minutes may not seem like enough time to get in a great full body workout…
We’ve found a great way to do just that!
At Fit Body Boot Camp, we divide our sessions into “stations”. Basically, each station focuses on working a certain part of the body.
This is awesome because you can either choose to have a full workout devoted to one area of your body, or you can mix them up and get a killer full body workout. You won’t waste your time overworking yourself at one machine!
Again, that 30-minute pace really gets the most out of each station. That’s how we condense our workouts without sacrificing quality results!
