A person’s entire life can change in an instant. It can be because of the kindness of a stranger, or because of an action taken.
For Sheryl Dyck, her life changed when she decided to become a part of the Fit Body Family.
This is the kind of story that is told best in the words of the person, so here is a letter from Sheryl herself about her journey:
Hello,
We haven’t officially met, but I have been a FBBC owner since January 17, 2015.
This year before the Conference you asked everyone to write how FBBC has changed their lives. I looked at your request several times and just wasn’t sure what to say or how to express what I was feeling at the time, and to be honest I am still unsure what all of these emotions are. So, for whatever reason I have decided to write this letter now, and express how Fit Body and these amazing people that make up Fit Body have changed my life and my family’s lives.
I have been divorced for 9 years. I decided one year after my divorce that I was going to become certified as a personal trainer and follow my passion of living, and helping others live, a life of health and fitness. Once certified I went to work at your typical gym, focusing on the task at hand, changing lives, changing my life, and making money. Well, as you sit and read this you know what did not happen….the money. I worked and worked and sacrificed time with my young family to better our lives. I realized very quickly that this was not my path, to work in a gym that did not believe in what I did; helping people succeed, supporting others, and being part of something bigger than myself.
I left that gig after one year, went out on my own and did fairly well for about 6 years. Three years into my own fitness business I 
friend, but family (a brother.) He allows me to call on him at any time day or night. This man is so valuable as a person, friend, and leader.
Emma Henson is another amazing individual that I have been blessed to have in my life. She took me under her wing and helped me with my first ever challenge. I am ever so grateful to Freddy and Emma, and Bedros for creating Fit Body, and the entire staff that helps endlessly.
Fit Body talks about passion, family, dedication, energy, and love for what you do, and I honestly cannot talk about Fit Body or my business without all of these emotions consuming me. I absolutely love what I do, who I am, and the company (FBBC) that I represent.
As I write this with tears in my eyes and emotions that I am just not sure how to contain, I am not sure if this letter shows my appreciation for what Fit Body has brought to my life.
