3 Easy Dumbbell Exercises You Can Do At Home

If you’re serious about weight loss, then I need you to do one thing for me…

Go out and buy yourself a pair of dumbbells!

Dumbbell exercises develop strength in your arms and shoulders. No machines or excessively bulky equipment needed.

Heck, you could work out with dumbbells in your kitchen if you wanted to!

Here are 3 dumbbell exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home.

Man Makers

This one is gonna tone your shoulders!

Start with one dumbbell in each hand. Lower yourself into the push up position. One arm at a time, pull the dumbbell straight up while your other arm stays planted to anchor your weight. Alternate arms.

Bent Over Rows

Here’s on you can do without having to get down.

Take one dumbbell in each hand. Let both of you arms dangle down. Pull up both dumbbells at once, then lower them back down.

Remember: Be careful not to hurt your back doing this one!

“L” Raises

With one dumbbell in each hand, start with both arms at your sides. Lift one arm straight out in front of you, with your palm to the ground. Lift the other arm straight out to the side, again with your palm to the ground.

You’ll notice that your arms form an “L” shape! Alternate which arm goes straight out and which one goes out to the side.
