Looking to build some sexy strong arms?

Well, you came to the right place!

There are only 3 exercises included in this week’s workout, but each of them will sculpt your arm muscles to toned perfection. And what better time to rock some new muscles than spring, when you can finally wear all those short sleeve shirts that got buried in your closet during winter?

You’ll complete 10 rounds (10 reps of the primary movement and 1 rep of the secondary movement, 9 reps of the primary movement and 2 reps of the secondary movement,…). You’ll be a-ok as long as you pace yourself!

Inchworms

Push-Ups

High Knees (I Raises)

Butt Kickers

 

Time: 3 minutes, 20 seconds

Repeat: 2x

Transition Time: 40 seconds

Time at End of Warm Up: 4:00

 

Primary Movement – Burpees + Mountain Climbers

Secondary Movement – Dumbbells – Bent Over Rows

 

Rep Order:

10 | 9 | 8 | 7 | 6 | 5 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 1

1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 | 7 | 8 | 9 | 10
