    This tummy toner exercise is the first step to flatter, sexier abs. But there’s more to it than that…

    When you look good, you feel good. You radiate confidence and happiness. That’s a feeling you should carry with you everywhere you go.

    That’s why this workout is awesome. It’s another step closer to that body that, deep down, you know you deserve. So why hold keep yourself from it any longer?

    Ok, enough chatter. Let’s get to it!

     

    Warm Up

    March in Place

    Jog in Place

    Jumping Jacks

    Cross Jacks

     

    Time: 2 minutes

    Repeat: 2x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Warm Up: 2:30

     

    Suspension Station

    Fitbody Bootcamp

    Primary Movement: Atomic Push-Ups

    Secondary Movement: Alternating Jackknife Sit-Ups

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 6:00

     

    Rope Station

    Primary Movement: Alternating Arm Ripples on Knees

    Secondary Movement: Inchworm Walkout Push-Ups

     

    Time: 3 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Station: 9:30

     

    Freestyle Workout

    Goblet Squat

    Alternating Jump Lunges

    Squats

    ->

    Curtsey Lunges

    Prisoner Squats

    Pulses (1/4th)

     

    Time: 6 minutes

    Repeat: 3x

    Transition Time: 30 seconds

    Time at End of Workout: 16:00

     

    Note: You can switch up the order of this workout, if desired. Just swap the freestyle portion and the suspension/rope portion.
