It’s February, but it’s never too early to work on your summer bod!

You want rock-solid abs that show off your skinny tummy? Check. Trying to add extra muscle so you can rock the beach in that new bikini? Yep, check.

This “Muscle Salute” workout features plenty of ab-ripping exercises, arm-centric reps, and cardio to inject an extra little calorie burn—just what you need to look totally amazing.

Warm Up

High Knees

Power Skips (High Skips)

Mountain Climbers

Crunches

 

Time: 2 minutes

Repeat: 2x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Warm Up: 2:30

 

Suspension Station

Primary Movement: Crunch and Curls

Secondary Movement: Push-Up + Opposite Knee -> Elbow Plank

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Station: 6:00

 

Rope Station

Primary Movement: 3 Middle Slams + Side/Side

Secondary Movement: Walk-Out Push-Ups (Inchworms)

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Station: 9:30

 

Plyo Station

Primary Movement: Alternating Step-Ups

Secondary Movement: T Push-Ups

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Station: 13:00

 

Free Weight Station

Primary Movement: Man Makers

Secondary Movement: Sprinter Sit-Ups

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Workout: 16:30
