Tricep dips are in!

Any day is a great day for an arm workout! So how about some tricep exercises?

One amazing way to work your triceps is to do some dips. You’ll leverage your weight with your tricep muscles and get in a great workout in the process.

Check out this creative arm workout that will make your arms feel on fire (in a good way)!

 

Warm Up

Power Skips

Lateral Squats

Mountain Climbers

Push-Ups

 

Time: 2 minutes

Repeat: 2x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Warm Up: 2:30

 

Suspension Station

Primary Movement: 45 Degree Rows

Secondary Movement: 1 Push-Up + 4 Opposite Knee -> Elbow

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Station: 6:00

 

Rope Station

Primary Movement: Jumping Jack Waves

Secondary Movement: Squat Jacks

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Station: 9:30

 

Plyo Station

Primary Movement: Tricep Dips

Secondary Movement: Burpee Push-Ups

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Station: 13:00

 

Free Weight Station

Primary Movement: Dumbbell Squats, Curls, Presses

Secondary Movement: Alternating Prisoner Jump Lunges

 

Time: 3 minutes

Repeat: 3x

Transition Time: 30 seconds

Time at End of Workout: 16:30
