Cara and John and the coaching team of Chino Hills Fit Body Boot Camp are Functional Aging Specialists, with training in mature adult physiology, nutrition, psychology, and training methods. Their training covers mature adults with a wide range of life experiences, fitness goals, and health challenges. Additionally, they receive ongoing support from Dan Ritchie and Cody Sipe in order to provide the most up-to-date training and guidance.

Dan Ritchie and Cody Sipe have a broad background in the fitness industry, including experience with personal training, university/hospital-based fitness, exercise physiology, for-profit facilities, not-for-profit facilities, fitness education, and club ownership. they have spent many years of research and practice developing tailored fitness programs for specific health concerns, including stroke recovery, Alzheimers, and mature adult fitness.
