My name is Theresa Olander,

I’m a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and I graduated from the School of Exercise Training and Science.

I am passionate about helping residents of Chandler achieve their fitness and fat loss results. In fact, if you’re looking for a Chandler fitness boot camp – this is the place for you.

I was very active in sports while growing up, competing in basketball, volleyball and track and field throughout high school. I continued playing league volleyball throughout college and after. My previous job had me sitting at a desk 8-9 hours a day and special occasions around the office were always celebrated with food. I decided to compete in my first triathlon just for something different to do. During my training, I lost 50 pounds. When I started training, I knew I could stand to lose a few pounds but never realized I had that much extra weight to lose so I understand how it can sneak up on you.

In the years following my weight loss, I have discovered a new passion in weightlifting. So for the past few years my fitness routine has consisted of resistance training and cardio training. As I have grown older, I have noticed that my diet is becoming more and more important to the shape I am in. That is not to say that I don’t enjoy food! Anyone who knows me will tell you how much I love my pizza and ice cream. I have learned that there is a time and a place for “treats” and those depend on what my particular goal is.

When I was introduced to Fit Body Boot Camp and the Unstoppable Fitness Formula and learned their philosophy, I was ecstatic! The program is based on the perfect combination of weight training, cardio training, and proper nutrition. The best part of the formula is that you don’t have to spend endless hours at the gym! Our sessions will deliver an amazing workout in just 30 minutes. Our Chandler Fit Body Boot Camp classes are fun, intense, exciting, and the group atmosphere is very motivating. Whether you are just beginning back on the road to fitness or are advanced, you will never feel left behind.
