Before joining FBBC I was exercising in the gym and doing Zumba classes. I felt invigorated for about a half hour after the workout, but was never fully energized for my day. I was “healthy” but not toned and not getting the benefits that I could have from my workouts. Since joining FBBC I feel super energized for most of my day. I am happier and feel confident and proud thanks to FBBC!
I tried various things but my weight continued to increase while my energy level declined. I was not in a happy place. I won't lie, I wasn't sure I'd be back after my first class, but I knew that if I did not come back the next day I'd never be back again. I'm actually beginning to feel like I've found a fountain of youth. I LOVE what the exercise does for me physically and mentally. More energy, more self-confidence, new friends all striving to improve our health and fitness. All THANKS TO FBBC!
With the proper tips from my Fit Body Boot Camp trainer, guidance from her and the awesome team behind me, I have DOUBLED my calorie intake, dropped 6 pant sizes and 40 pounds! More importantly, I FEEL GREAT! I have way more ENERGY, not tired like I was before, a positive outlook and I FEEL STRONG! Love the way I feel!!! FBBC has helped me create a new lifestyle!!!
Seeing the pounds melt away right from the beginning and the fun, welcoming and supportive boot campers and staff really helped me stay motivated from the minute I walked through the door. When I feel like quitting my trainer is always there to remind me why I decided to make this change. It feels incredible to see these kinds of results!
My doctor told me my blood sugar was 106 and I was pre-diabetic. That's all it took to get me to boot camp. I was already making excuses to stay home instead of going out and I never wore shorts or short sleeves. After a year and several Game Changer's I've lost 40 pounds, 12% body fat and dropped my blood sugar to 86.
I was always been happy with the way my body looked– then I hit 23. 4 years later, I found myself more and more self-conscious, insecure, and willing to try anything to get my body back to where it was. With FBBC I lost 21 pounds, 7.3% body fat and 9 inches and feel more confident and stronger than I ever did in my late teens and early twenties!
Before FBBC, I was very frustrated because I had reached a fitness plateau and wanted to challenge myself to take my fitness journey to a higher level. The dedicated team of Trainers & Sonya are there to help push us, help get us outside our comfort zone, and help us with proper form and technique. Honestly, this is probably the healthiest I have ever been in my life with the right balance of workouts, proper eating, and getting enough sleep.
I decided to get back into shape weighing 250lbs. My trainer recommended an eating style, not a diet, and I was told with regular intense exercise my goal would become reachable. Since then I have lost a grand total of 20lbs. My goal is complete health; physique, metabolic, flexibility, and great eating habits.
I’ve gotten stronger, more toned, and healthier AND I have lost 50 pounds! I started out at a size 36, I now fit into a 31. Coaches are amazing here. They motivate, offer positive feedback, and guide your workouts. Plus they are fun, positive, and motivating, so they keep the group energy light and fun, which really helps on days when you maybe don’t feel like working out.
A year ago I said I wanted to wear a bikini again. I never would have imagined that I would get here with two small kids and a full-time job. Now I sleep better and have more energy too.
Before Boot camp I was slow, sluggish, frustrated with my weight and I had very low energy. Since starting at FBBC I lost 15 pounds, 8.725 inches and 4.5 % body fat in 8 weeks!! For anyone who is trying to start exercising, I would say you need to make Boot Camp part of your daily routine of you want to be successful at this!
Physically I could see the changes, which helped me mentally, and I did not feel guilty for taking 45 min out of my day for me when I had so much to do for others. Now I look at food as my fuel balancing good clean carbs, proteins and fats and eating more than 2 meals a day. My beginning goal was to lose some weight and inches and become stronger. The challenge really kicked me in gear. The best thing that has happened is my health!!!!!! Being a part of the FBBC family!
FBBC helped me lose 22.8 lbs in 4 months and 22 inches. When I joined Fit Body Boot Camp I lost 7 lbs and started to see changes in my body. I love going to Boot Camp and have made many new friends. The coaches are great and are there for you whenever you need. I have taken 8 years off my body life and feel amazing!
It’s hard to change one’s lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits! But now I know it feels great to live a healthy lifestyle! My breakthrough moment was when I tried on my old jeans that I hadn’t been able to wear for a long time and they fit perfectly! That’s when I told myself I did it and it was all worth it!
I started at FBBC about a year ago after giving birth to my second child. I have lost about 45 pounds and gained a ton of muscle, better eating habits, and a fitness family that encourages each other and makes working out and meeting fitness goals fun. Thank you coaches for believing in me and helping me succeed. I am still on a journey but couldn’t be more proud to show you my hard work!!
