Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Yorba Linda personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. I get uncomfortable in gyms mainly because I have no idea how to use any of the equipment in there other than a treadmill. I found Fit Body Boot Camp and Bryce made me feel so comfortable about how their system works. The workouts are perfect for my busy schedule, its close to my place, and I\'ve met so many friendly people going to the classes. I started in May and I can not only feel the difference, I can physically see it. I\'ve gotten much stronger, my self esteem is much higher, I eat healthier now and am more conscious of what I get at the grocery store. Bryce and the other trainers will push you to do your best without yelling at you or making you feel like the effort you\'re making isn\'t good enough. They make themselves available for questions, tips for a healthy diet, how to correct your form, anything. I have been going here for a few months now. I LOVE IT! i love that the session times work out great with my busy schedule. I go to the 5:30 am class. The trainers are ridiculously fit and very encouraging. i like the feel of having your own personal trainer . I like the fact the trainers take the time out to know your name. Working out with a group is definitely much more fun. Every session i go to is always something different. I never get bored with the workouts. The trainers are always keeping me on my toes with the different exercise routines. its 30 minutes of intense workout. i love leaving boot camp all sweaty and feeling sore the next day! :)”
