What Is Fit Body Boot Camp?

Westminster Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Westminster personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.

Finding the better me

Fitness had been a part of my life until I had my children. Joined a gym here or there but never stuck with it. Then I joined Westminster Fit body Bootcamp and having Lisa constantly and the other members constantly rooting me on helped me to stick with it. Love Boot Camp

I have been going to BC for two years faithfully. It is very challenging but also FUN! It has helped me maintain my weight and stay strong. The people who work out there are all wonderful, and those of us who are long-timers have a bond because of working out together. WOW! It really works

I started coming to WFBBC in January 2011. My brother had had a sudden cardiac arrest event and nearly died. It was a wake-up call for me to stop talking about doing something and get to it. My sister had come to a couple of sessions and enjoyed it so I thought I would try it out.\r\n Now, I am 80 pounds lighter, I don\'t have the arthritis pain as much in my knees and I have built a new network of friends and community.\r\n I am really happy with myself that I was able to stick with the daily workouts getting up at 4 AM and sticking with the food program that Lisa had suggested. I Reached My Goal Weight

I started Fit Body Boot Camp after losing over 65 lbs. but I still had 25 lbs. to lose before I reached my goal weight. Within weeks of starting FBBC I started seeing results I hadn’t seen before.
