Tulsa Fit Body Boot Camp is a Women's Only results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Tulsa personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
Before coming to Fit Body Boot Camp, my health was declining, I was being treated for acid reflux and I was starting to see signs of diabetes. I felt uncomfortable in my skin and did not like the way I looked. Then I won a free program at FBBC on the radio, so I tried it out, loved it and decided to join! Now I have way more energy, I feel much better I’ve lost eight inches, and best of all, my health has totally transformed. The acid reflux is gone, the signs of diabetes are gone AND my husband loves that I no longer wear long PJ’s and t-shirts to bed! Exercise is something I would not do on my own, so I owe it to FBBC for helping me by holding me accountable for my fitness goals and for making it fun to get fit!
Before boot camp I was frustrated… I’d have some minor success and then gain it all back, plus some, and then yo-yo down the same road again. I realized I needed to do something different if I truly wanted different results. I have been on cholesterol medication for several years and even on medication my cholesterol was high. Within five months at boot camp, my cholesterol dropped 48 points. When I started boot camp my body fat was over 33% and, at last check, I was in the 25% range. Now I feel more in control of my health… I also know I am healthier, more energetic and happier.
Before I began FBBC I was unable to walk very far because my back would feel like it was going to snap. I am now able to walk 10 minute miles. I have so much more energy now. I have gone from a size 28 to 18. I have lost so many inches. There are so many little things we take for granted. I would not have been able to accomplish the small things without FBBC. My body fat count was hard to measure when I began FBBC which means over 50% of my body was fat. I am currently at 34% body fat. This is so much better for my health. I was not having serious health problems, but I was headed in that direction. I used to wave and my arm would continue without my help. FBBC has tightened a lot of that up. I has been a long process, but it was well worth it.
I am healthier today than I have been in my life, and as of 2 weeks ago I am training for a half marathon (13.1 miles) in OKC on April 29th. Guess what, there is no doubt in my mind, I can do it. All because of FBBC trainers asking me to write down what I thought was impossible. Everything is possible.
