About Mel

My name is Mel Parker, 

Being an active athlete, I tore my Achilles tendon at the age of 43 and began a rehab process. That process made me understand that at any age some of us need help in achieving our health goals. Since then, my focus has been on training and helping people to lose weight, lose body fat, and lead a healthier lifestyle. Through resistance weight training I help clients to reduce their risk of type2 diabetes, high cholesterol, heart disease and osteoporosis. I train many types of clients and I have a burning desire to help each and every one of them to achieve his or her fitness goals.
