About Shanna

My name is Shanna Layne, I will be the first to admit that my Spring Fit Body Boot Camp doesn't have any mystical powers or involve needless gimmicks (even though it may appear to be that way).

Growing up I was never an athlete nor did I play sports. In fact I didn’t begin exercising until I was a young adult. I started doing aerobics to reduce stress, increase my energy levels and feel better.

I loved it so much I got certified to teach aerobics in college. A few years later when I got pregnant with my daughter I stopped exercising.

The worst part of all was when I was scolded by doctor for my rapid weight gain which ended up being 65+ lbs. After I gave birth, I was very unhappy with the way I looked and felt. In my mind it was ok to be heavy when I was pregnant, but after she was born I didn’t want to be fat anymore! After she was born, I set a goal to complete my first 5K run.

It was a great experience but what I discovered was that just running and doing aerobic classes did not give me the all-over lean & toned body that I so desperately desired.

So I searched and researched and created an incredible fitness formula that worked to getting a healthy, fit toned body. Exercising had always helped me feel better in the past, so I became determined to share this incredible fitness formula with everyone else!

From the day of my very first 5K run (in 1997) I became 100% committed to helping people feel better physically, mentally, emotionally and improving their quality of life through diet and exercise.

I know it's overwhelming! With all the misleading diet programs, fad fitness workouts and gimmick exercise equipment that all end up in a failed goal. Then out of frustration you simply give up completely and accept that you would be stuck with an overweight, lethargic, out of shape body for the rest of their life.

Now, it doesn't have to be that way!
