About Jesse
My name is Jesse and I'm going to be honest with you, growing up I struggled with my weight. I didn’t have any problems playing sports and being physically active I was just always overweight.
I played football and wrestled in high school then went onto to college to compete and be a nationally ranked power lifter. A lot of it just had to do with my nutrition. The saying goes you can’t out train a bad diet. So as I became older I got up to my heaviest at 268 pounds.
After college I said enough is enough I have to do something about this so I started researching everything I could about fitness and nutrition. Going this path led me to get into bodybuilding and in 18 months I lost 100 pounds.
Boy did it open my eyes to some big mistakes I made when training on my own, I realized even though I looked great I was not all that healthy on the inside. (Remember its vitality not vanity that is ultimately important.) I was starving my body and because of that I wasn’t a very pleasant person to be around.
So I decided then to get fit the right way. So from this experience I created my ultimate fat burning, body toning routines that keep you healthy in a realistic way.
You see, I know exactly how it feels to not be happy with your body, frustrated and upset, at your wits end. I also know exactly what it takes to get you out of that place and take you to a place where you’re confident and proud of your body.
Now, you don’t have to make the same frustrating mistakes I did when I did it on my own. Rest a sure, there are no guessing games here, I will guide you towards the right path to achieving your fitness goals.
