All my life I have been an active person and have been involved in team and social sports most of my life. A few years ago I had a bad snowboarding accident that left me with broken bones and a dislocated shoulder. Now after 3 months of zero exercise, I noticed that I have gained a few (or more) kg’s that started to prevent me from having an ordinary life. It started to become difficult to even perform the basic of tasks… I felt hopeless, almost ready to give up.
Then I started testing my training with a mixture of HIIT- High Intensity Interval Training, and mixing this in with resistance training. This combination was a winning formula, which transformed me back into the fit, healthy & toned self in the matter of weeks.
