About Jeff
My name is Jeff Sherman and I want to be radically honest with you. I've always loved playing sports. But I've got bad genetics. I mean, I can put the weight on in a New York minute.
In fact, I can remember when I really let myself go. Like the time I played a friendly game of football with my buddies. Then it happened.
I took the handoff from the quarterback and tried to run to the outside. It should have been an easy touchdown, but my legs felt like they were weighed down with lead.
I should have been sprinting like a young racehorse. Instead I lumbered along like an old cow. And I could feel the waves of fat bouncing up and down under my skin.
Over the next several weeks I got really down on myself. After a while I just gave up and accepted the "New Reality." This is the body I'll be stuck with for the rest of my life. Then something amazing happened.
I stumbled upon an incredible fitness formula... Totally changed my life. It worked a miracle for me. Later it worked a miracle for hundreds of others
