I bring you 21 years of experience as a Personal Trainer, Nutrition & Lifestyle Coach, Massage Therapist, Strength Coach for College & Pro Athletes, Yoga Instructor and Reiki Practitioner. I have a special interest in helping women and even more specifically mother's who are over-committed, over-whelmed, over-worked, stressed, anxious, frustrated and sleep deprived. As a husband and father of two, I observe how difficult it is these days for the woman of the house to maintain balance.
I also can empathize given I have worked with thousands of women all over the world, helping them decrease stress, weight, pain, and improve hormonal balance. I understand how hard it is to eat healthy, workout daily, make money, spend time with the family, and take the needed time for yourself to enjoy life. My Wife and I also battle those same obstacles every day. The reason we are successful at staying in shape is because I developed a Plan and a Formula for Success. The combination of resistance training, high intensity cardio, core training, posture work, recovery exercises, nutrition & meditation have really helped us, and thousands of others, get back in shape in a relatively short time.
I have created a solution that is both fun and effective. Who really wants to spend time in a boring gym doing the same workouts over and over? Our research has found that the average person who signs up for a gym membership does not go after the first 30 days of their membership, but they continue to pay monthly dues for at least the next 11 months given they committed to the year plan. Many even get locked into a 3 year membership and pay without ever going. Even for the approximately 30% of those who do use their membership at a health club or gym, many do not get the results they signed up for.

The key to effective fat loss is not a secret, ¦it is what you are eating, your lifestyle and achieving daily exercise. I can create a customized nutrition & lifestyle program for you based upon your specific needs and I can give you the education, motivation, and coaching for the exercise you need on a daily basis. The exercise program will vary day to day and allow the perfect amount of work and recovery.
Many make the mistake of working too hard and injure themselves. There is an exercise formula for success and, with my experience working with mom's, seniors, weekend warriors, those with injuries and elite athletes, I know just how hard to push and when to incorporate recovery exercise and principles.
