Santa Barbara Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Santa Barbara personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
I recently completed 5 months going to Fit Body Boot Camp and I love it. I’ve gotten stronger, more tone, and healthier and I have lost 50 lb..and lots of inches here and there. Started out at a size 36 I now fit into a 31.
FBBC team helped me to get in better physical shape and gain confidence. More importantly they have also helped me with my overall fitness, flexibility, strength, endurance, posture, positive outlook; you name it if it’s related to physical fitness and motivation they’ve helped!
Coaches are amazing here. They motivate, offer positive feedback, and quickly correct you on exercises if you’re doing something incorrectly. They make sure you get the most out of each exercise and the also make sure you stretch before and after workouts, and use proper form so you don’t risk injury. Plus they are fun, positive, and motivation, so they keep the group energy light and fun which really helps on days when you maybe don’t feel like workout out.
The hardest thing is to take that step forward, especially when one is taking the journey alone. It’s hard to change one’s lifestyle and unhealthy eating habits! But once you take the first step it gets easier. Now I know it feels great to live a healthy lifestyle! My breakthrough moment was when I tried on my old jeans that I hadn’t been able to wear for a long time and they fit perfectly! That’s when I told myself I did it! It was all worth it! I feel very lucky to be part of the SB-FBBC Family.
