Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Orlando personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. I joined FBBC in the summer of 2014. I went to about 1 or 2 workouts a week and felt pretty good. I started going a few more times, but wasn't changing my diet very much. I wasn't getting the results that I expected and I got discouraged.

When the opportunity came to join the 6 week challenge in November, I decided I would give it a try. But 16 hours of fasting? Me? 50 grams of carbs or less per day?! No way.

But I started anyway and I am so glad I did. The 6 weeks are ending on January 6th and I couldn't be happier with the results.

I drive by restaurants and keep going. I'd rather shop for and fix my own food and keep track of what's going into my body as fuel. When the challenge is over I will continue eating cleaner and will continue working out.

I Reached My Goal Weight
