My name is Lisa Berrow,
I’m a certified fitness trainer and my passion is to help others reach their goals by seeing results in their physical appearance and their overall health! I’m married with three children. I love spending time with my family and friends. I also enjoy competing in triathlons and road races with my husband.
I have been attending various fitness classes for years with varying results. However, when I began to combine cardio and resistance training in one workout, I noticed a significant difference in how I felt and in my appearance. I grew stronger and lost body fat! This combination delivers maximum results in about half the time saving 3 to 4 hours of exercise time each week.
Today I am on a mission to help others achieve similar results through the FitBody Boot Camp classes and proper nutrition. You’ll get a better workout, improve your fitness level, feel better, and look better – all in less time!
