My name is Javier Rodriguez,
I grew up in New Mexico and have been involved in fitness here throughout my entire life. Save for the 5 ½ years I was serving my country in the U.S. Navy. I have compiled all of my fitness experience I have gained throughout my life as a 22 year veteran Kickboxer (14 year pro), and five and a half years of physical training (PT) in the military. I’ll tell you this, I’m super pumped to share all that I have learned with YOU here at Westside Fit Body Bootcamp! I’m calling you out to come and start your journey to a happier and stronger life through health and fitness.
All my life I was very athletic. I started kickboxing at age seven and with the help of my older brother I learned early on how important it was to stay healthy, fit, and eat right. Being a competitive fighter, I learned and applied proper eating habits to maintain a low fat and healthy bodyweight, which is crucial to making weight properly for competitions. I then joined the military at 23 and spent the last five years of my life soaking up what they taught me about health and fitness.
In the military it is crucial to stay fit, not only physically but also mentally. I accomplished both of these by learning why working out reduces stress, which stress as some of you might know, increases bodyfat. This kept me healthy through my time in the service and I’m passionate about helping others feel the same way.
Through Cardio Kickboxing, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), resistance training, and using Fit Body Boot Camp’s Unstoppable Fitness Formula, I’ll take you on a journey to transform your body to new heights.
