I never thought I would love sweat so much but this placed has changed that. The workouts are only 30 minutes and they leave you feeling great and well sweaty. I used to spend an hour and half at the gym 5 times a week and I lost about 10lbs and that was it. After giving up when I wasn't losing anything my friend recommended this place. I gave in and came out to a bring a friend friday. After that I was offered a promo trial and I was hooked and signed up on a 6month package. I come into bootcamp about 3-4x a week and the workouts are quick so i'm in and out. I'm going on month 5 now and I'm 43lbs down and counting. I have been here for a little over 3 months and they sold me. It didn't take much for me to realize that this was something that I loved and had to continue with. My first day was brutal. I almost didn't want to come back but the trainers told me and let me know what to expect and to push through the first week. The workouts are still tough every day and are always different. The trainers somehow find ways to keep getting me to come back. I guess you can say I'm addicted. The workouts are about 30-40 minutes long and your basically doing fast paced circuit training. I know they have a name for this, what it is I can't remember. They have a different approach to health. It's not just about the workouts. It's about the positivity, the coaching in mindset and nutrition that have really helped me lose 20 pounds in the past three months. I still have a ways to go but i'm getting their. I Reached My Goal Weight

I started Fit Body Boot Camp after losing over 65 lbs. but I still had 25 lbs. to lose before I reached my goal weight. Within weeks of starting FBBC I started seeing results I hadn’t seen before.
