We're about delivering personal trainer designed and lead fitness and fat loss workouts in a fun, safe, high intensity group training workout program. With hundreds of Fit Body Boot Camp locations worldwide, our mission is focused on our "2020 vision" which is to expose and engage 20 percent of the world's population to a healthy and fit lifestyle by the year 2020.

As an industry leading fitness brand we feel that we have a greater responsibility not only globally through our 2020 vision, but locally as well, to the clients in the communities that we serve and the neighborhoods we operate our fitness centers from. Which is why we believe in getting involved with our communities and contributing locally whenever possible. That's what being a good neighbor is all about. My name is Michael Bell.

I’m a fitness and nutrition enthusiast, with a vision to impact my community.


I’m a graduate of the University of Arizona and a NESTA certified personal trainer. After college I had the opportunity to fulfill a lifelong dream of playing professional football in the NFL. After five great years and a Super Bowl championship my career came to an unexpected end. For a short time, I struggled to figure out what was next, being an athlete was all I knew. I eventually decided that fitness was going to be my new passion. I quickly started my own successful sports performance company. I even worked at a corporate gym for a short time to gain more business experience. As my passion for fitness continues to grow, I know it’s essential for me to stay educated on all fitness and nutrition trends. I am currently in the process of completing my specialization in senior fitness and weight loss/nutrition management.

I am a high energy individual and enriched by an energetic, nourishing environment were I can share my gifts and talents to empower and strengthen my community. The three major reasons why I am so passionate about fitness is it has become the essence of who I am, fitness has awakened my “true-self”. The most gratifying aspect of fitness is the ability to contribute and serve my community in an innovative, healthy, positive way. There is no better satisfaction than helping people obtain realistic and attainable results within health and wellness. This is now the vision for my life and the ones I service.
