Fountain Valley Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.

Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Fountain Valley personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.

But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.

I joined this boot camp about 3 months ago and I'm very happy with my results. I'm definitely in much better shape than when I started. I've lost inches, weight and more importantly body fat percentage.

I really like the format of this boot camp compared to the others I've attended. Two days a week are "metabolic" days where you do a lot of exercises for 30 seconds at a time. The other two days are "strength" days where you do three exercises for 10 minutes before moving on to the next station. There is also a Saturday workout that is metabolic. It's surprisingly well attended for an 8am class.

For folks intimidated by the word "boot camp" who think it's going to be like a scene from Full Metal Jacket, it's nothing like that. Sam is a good trainer with a good attitude. He never yells or screams, he encourages instead.

All in all, I'd recommend this boot camp to anyone interested in getting in shape.”

Fit body boot camp in fountain valley is a great place to loose weight. I've been there since June and lost almost 20 lbs so far! I've never been a fan of the gym environment, or how personal training sessions have gone for me in the past. Sam, the trainer for fit body fountain valley, does a great job in motivating his classes without putting too much pressure on individuals. No drill Sargent at this boot camp!
