Fairbanks Fit Body Boot Camp is a results driven and energetic fitness and fat loss workout program that includes motivation, accountability and dynamic resistance training; all designed to get you the body that you want in a safe, fun and non-intimidating atmosphere.
Every workout session is led by an experienced, certified Fairbanks personal trainer and is designed to be fun, supportive and challenging, while burning maximum fat, in minimum time. Personalization is key to getting the best possible results, which is why our workout programs are modified to fit your goals and individual fitness level.
But unlike working one-on-one with a personal trainer, our workout programs are done in a group setting which makes them fun, motivating, challenging AND it keeps the cost of the program affordable compared to private one-on-one personal training sessions.
Being active in Alaska can be a challenge. There is such a short period to be outside and enjoy the weather. I have spent the last several summers at an outdoor bootcamp. It was great and I always had success each year, but there was just one problem, it ended in September. I would continue working out at home but it was just not the same intensity. With Fit Body Boot Camp, I was thrilled at the idea of being able to get an intense workout, year-round! I am in my fifth month of FBBC and absolutely love it! Torrey does a great job of motivating me and making me realize I can do more than I ever thought possible. I have seen great results on the scale and also in my clothes!
