I bring a wealth of knowledge to the table being one of the rare trainers with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Physiology, and a minor in Nutrition. I grew up playing sports and being active so I will be honest in saying I don’t really know what it’s like to be overweight.
However, nearly everyone in my family has struggled with their weight, so I have been able to use my expertise to help them. Just in my immediate family I’ve helped my Mom lose nearly 80 lb. and my Dad 50 lb. and they’ve both kept it off!
Now I’ve decided to use my knowledge and passion for fitness to reach out and help others on the Eastern Shore achieve amazing results toward their fat loss and muscle toning goals. I’m here to encourage, motivate, and lead you every step of the way. You will find my workouts fun and energizing while connecting with other people and making many new friends. It’s like a second home here!
