I openly admit that my La Habra Bootcamp all happened by accident.

You see, one day I helped a friend by keeping an eye on his fitness center. Then all of a sudden he started giving me clients. The clients kept coming back and I was so grateful that I was able to give them the results they wanted.

But here was the best part of all, I loved it!

I put together the experience and knowledge I have accumulated over the years and formulated the best fitness boot camp here in La Habra that has literally transformed the bodies of many of my clients.

I was given the opportunity to help many of my clients get in shape right here at our La Habra Boot Camp. You will always feel like you are part of a family. We all work together and encourage ach other.
