I'm Adam Toohey and let me radically honest with you. Much of my adult life was spent in a see-saw battle of gaining weight, then losing it. And losing the fat always seemed to be harder. Much harder.
Like when I weighed 275 pounds and lugged around 40% body fat. Back then I managed a KFC franchise in Australia. Perfect excuse to be overweight, eh? So I decided to do it again. And I lost another 42 pounds of fat. Got down to a super-lean 12% body fat plus I packed on 25 pounds of solid muscle. I was really pleased. Eighty-two pounds of fat just melted off my body, replaced by lean, contoured muscle. Later I shared my new discovery with hundreds of others.
