I’ve always been petite and “thin”, but what I really wanted was to be toned and strong. I previously shied away from weights because I was afraid of bulking up. At the Irvine Fit Body Boot Camp my instructor helped me lose over 70 lbs and keep it off. I feel so much better about myself.
